TRAMPOLINE/TUMBLING
The Miami Gymnastics Tumbling Program is for students that are interested who want to concentrate on floor exercise tumbling skills. Students have available a plethora of learning tools to assist them.
Among the learning tools are Trampolines, 40 foot long Tumble Track, incline mats, panel mats and barrels. Classes at all levels are offered. Let our experience staff give you the edge and help you achieve your tumbling goals.
Tumbling is a skill that benefits all gymnasts as well as dancers and cheerleaders.
TUMBLING PROGRAM
Our Tumbling classes are progression based. All students are divided into age and skill appropriate groups. All levels of tumblers are accepted into this class. Intermediate and advanced level students seeking advanced placement must be evaluated/invited to participate.
The class has an emphasis on teaching proper stretching techniques, shoulder flexibility, strength training exercises and core tumbling skills: back hand springs, bridges, cartwheel, flips, front limbers, handstands, rolls, round-offs and walk-over’s.
Students have Trampolines, 40 foot long Tumble Track, incline mats, panel mats, foam pit and much more to aid them in their tumbling technique.
Tumbling Practice Schedule
(regular training schedule September through May/June, schedule will be adjusted during summer months)
UNLIMITED TUMBLING Program
This is the best deal for the student seeking to perfect his tumbling. Miami gymnastics offers 22 hours of tumbling practice/classes every month. That’s 25 hours per each 5 week session. For one flat fee you can attend all tumbling classes at Miami Gymnastics.
