ADULT PROGRAMS

GYMNASTICS

The perfect sport, that builds overall body strength, flexibility and coordination.  The complexity and difficulty of the sport builds mental toughness both for kids and adults alike.

Classes are structured to teach the necessary progressions of Olympic events.  Our classes concentrate on bars, beams, vault and floor exercises including cartwheels to somersaults.  Our lesson plans include tumble and/or trampoline tracks.  All students are divided into similar skill level groups, starting with Beginners to Advanced. 

Gymnastics classes are the perfect method for building up strength, core muscle and increase all-around body flexibility all while having plenty of fun.  Partner with a friend and create a fun and enjoyable workout environment.

TUMBLING

Miami Gymnastics offers beginner to advanced tumbling classes.  All students are grouped by similarly skilled levels.
Proper stretching techniques with an emphasis on shoulder flexibility, strength training, and core tumbling skills; Rolls, bridges, handstand, cartwheel, and round-offs. 

Additionally, front limbers and walk-overs, back hand springs and flips.  This is a progression based class and as the student progresses the tools and lessons learned will be encompassed into the advance class.

At the intermediate and advanced level, students will be expected to be moderately flexible and have mastery over the beginners skills taught.  Continued strength, flexibility and tumbling progression work will endure as well as progression of tumbling skills.

Students will be evaluated before being invited to participate in an intermediate or advanced group.  Students will have all necessary equipment available to them for their class, trampolines, 40 ft. tumble track, incline and panel mats, foam pit, etc.

SILK / AERIAL

Aerial Silks combines the beauty of dance with impact of height and the dimension of space.  You have seen aerial silk in all of Cirque Du Soleil acrobatic presentations.  This class is guaranteed to develop your core strength and flexibility among the many other benefits you will derive from this class. 
Everyone is welcomed to participate, no prior experience is necessary. 

Take 1 lesson or a series of lesson, the class will be ongoing and can be started at any time. All students are grouped by similarly skilled levels from beginners to advance.Miami Gymnastics strives to provide unique challenging classes.

CARDIO – “KILL the STOMACH”

Cardio as a category of exercise is extremely beneficial to your body.  Whether you embark on cardio exercises to lose weight, improve your health or build muscle you can be assured of one thing: your body and health will improve as a result.

The best cardio exercise is the one that you enjoy and will work hardest at.  It should get your body where you want it to be.  Whether your intention is to lose fat, get in shape and blast calories you should enjoy the exercise. 

Our Cardio program was designed to help everyone, at all skill levels to be fit and to get in shape utilizing techniques that are proven to get the job done. Among the benefits of cardio exercises are strength building, core muscle and increased flexibility.

ZUMBA

What do you get when you mix latin rhythms with easy dance steps? ZUMBA.  Zumba is an aerobic fitness workout which will exhilarate you, provide an enjoyable yet effective exercise routine and keep you coming back for more!

OPEN GYM FOR ADULTS

All open gym sessions are available on a pay as you go basis as well as on a monthly fee basis.
Miami Gymnastics prides itself on having a seasoned and professional staff.  You can be assured that your training will be exact, you will be taught correct gymnastic techniques; which are vital for progression to advanced levels of gymnastics. 

You will increase your core strength, improve your flexibility and prepare your mind for competition or for the rigors of the sport.

UNLIMITED PROGRAM FOR ADULTS

Our adult unlimited gymnastics program is unique.  For one flat fee you get high quality instruction as often as we offer classes.  There is no set schedule since we offer classes every day, all day. There are no make-up classes, so your skill level progression is up to you.  Please consult the class schedule to determine class times according to your skill level.

Our instructors are the most competent around and will give you what you need to achieve your goals. They will push you to be the best you can be and help you reach your goals.
